【摘要】 目的:评价强的松龙关节上腔注射对山羊颞下颌关节骨关节病的治疗效果。方法:将12只山羊的双侧颞下颌关节上腔一次性注射胶原酶诱导骨关节病变,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组6只,处死后对标本进行X线、组织学和扫描电镜观察,对治疗组疗效进行评价。结果:在光镜和扫描电镜下观察,对照组髁状突、关节盘、关节凹表现为骨关节病变化,治疗组表现出较对照组更严重的病理变化。结论:强的松龙关节上腔封闭能加重骨关节病的程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the efficacy of intra;articular injection of prednisolone for treatment of temporomandibular joint(TMJ)osteoarthrosis of goats. Methods: The upper compartments of both joints of 12 goats were injected with collagenase only once to induce osteoarthrosis.The 12 goats were devided into control group and experimental group, 6 goats in each group. The TMJ of goats was examined with radiograph, scanning electron microscopy and microscopy when sacrificed, and scored in a subjective manner following the standard criteria which was a modification of the method of Mankin et al and Yoshimi et al. Result: There was a significant difference between control group and experimental group, with experimental group having more severe change examined from scanning electron microscopy and histologic scores. Conclusion: Intra;articular injection of prednisolone will worsen for articular cartilage repairation.更多还原
