【摘要】 目的:评价中西医结合治疗联合自体表皮移植疗法治疗局限型白癜风的疗效。方法:采用中西医结合治疗联合自体表皮移植疗法治疗局限型白癜风,对治愈率进行分析。结果:122例局限型白癜风患者经过系统治疗,118例治愈,治愈率达到96.72%,4例未治愈者均为进展期,病情未被控制或因药物过敏中断治疗。结论:采用中西医结合治疗联合自体表皮移植治疗方案治疗局限型白癜风,皮肤恢复良好不留瘢痕,治疗周期短,效果巩固,多数患者在一年内获得良好治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the treatment results of segmental vitiligo by traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine plus epidermal autograftion. Methods: One hundred and twenty-two patients with segmental vitiligo were treated by traditional Chinese medicine combining with western medicine plus epidermal autograftion and were analyzed the results. Results: 118 patients were cured. Four patients were not cured because that they were all in progressive phase, or interrupted medicine treatment because of drug allergy. Cure rate was 96.72%. Conclusion: The therapies of the traditional Chinese medicine combining with western medicine plus epidermal autograftion are good methods with no scar left for the segmental vitiligo patients.
