【摘要】 三峡库区土地资源以山丘地为主,耕地又以坡旱地为主。其中>2 5°的陡坡耕地为2 6 7×10 4hm2 ,占库区耕地总量的18.2 %。研究表明,三峡库区粮食产量的5 6 %来自坡耕地,同时库区泥沙量的6 6 %也来自坡耕地。三峡大坝蓄水,移民后靠安置,对坡耕地利用的压力更大。坡地资源的优化利用,在库区农业生产、移民安置,以及生态环境建设方面都具有重要的意义和价值。基于土地资源优化利用原理和生态设计的理念,提出库区土地资源优化利用应突出生态效益、经济主导、产业协调、区域特色等4种模式,并针对当前库区土地资源利用中的主要问题,提出了相应的优化利用途径和对策更多还原

【Abstract】 The dominant type of land resources in Three Gorges Reservoir Area (TGRA) is dry slope land. Of all the dry slope land in TGRA, 267 thousand hm~2 of which are above 25 degree, a volume that accounts for 18.2% of the total land resources.Study shows that 56% of the food output and 66% of the mud-sand in TGRA are from the slope land. As the big dam of the Three Gorge starts to reserve water and the local habitants begin to settle down backward, the pressure on the exploitation of the slope land is becoming higher and higher. It is believed that the optimal use of land resources is of great value and significance to TGRA in terms of agricultural development, settlement of local habitants and construction of local ecological system. Based on the principles of optimal utilization of land resources and ecological planning, this paper points out that the optimal utilization of the land resources in TGRA should focus on ecological construction, economic development, industrial restructuring and regional difference. Aims at solving the current problems in land use in TGRA, this paper suggests that close attention should be paid on those areas such as the improvement of ecological environment, the implementation of tree planting and the continuous improvement of slope land. It is also indicates that the fundamental approaches of upgrading the quality of land resources and achieving sustainable land use is to comprehensively optimize the use of the land resources and endeavor to develop highly efficient eco-agriculture.更多还原
