【Abstract】 The promoter was connected to the upriver sections of the gent PDI and the thaumatin cDNA,the terminator was also connected to their downriver sections.With the base of the plant expressing vector pCAMBIA1302,we constructed a new plant expressing vector pCAMBIA 1302-tha-PDI,which contained the gene thaumatin and the gene PDI.After sequencing,the base sequences of the gene thaumatin and the gene PDI in pCAMBIA 1302-tha-PDI were exactly right.更多还原
