表面修饰纳米氧化锆的制备与表征

【摘要】 本文初步研究了丙烯酸对纳米氧化锆陶瓷粉体的表面修饰作用及其对粉体在丙酮中分散性和稳定性的影响.采用TEM、TG和FT_IR对表面修饰后的纳米氧化锆结构和表面特性进行了表征和研究.TEM分析结果说明用丙烯酸进行表面修饰大大改善了纳米氧化锆在丙酮中的分散性;FT_IR分析证实了修饰后的纳米氧化锆表面确实存在修饰剂的有机官能团,可能是因为丙烯酸中的羧基(—COOH)与纳米氧化锆粉体颗粒表面的羟基(—OH)发生了脱水酯化反应.TG结果给出氧化锆粒子表面键合的丙烯酸的质量百分比

【Abstract】 The mechanisms about the aggregation and dispersibility of nano-zirconia were analyzed in detail.And nano-zirconia powders which were surface-modified with acrylic acid were prepared in order to disperse homogeneously in acetone in this investigation.Research and characterization on the structure and surface characteristic of surface-modified nano-zirconia were achieved by TG,TEM and FT-IR.The results given by FT-IR showed acrylic acid was jointed on the surface of nano-ziconia after dehydration reaction between carboxyl and the hydroxy on the surface of nano-zirconia.The images provided by TEM presented intuitionistic effects of surface modification on the dispersibility of nano-zirconia in acetone.And the TG analysis ascertained the amount of acrylic acid that was jointed on the surface of nano-zirconia.
