HPLC示差折光分析法测定口香糖中的木糖醇等多种糖醇的含量
Determination of Many Kinds of Components in Chewing Gum by HPLC with Refractive Index Detector
【摘要】 建立了一种测定口香糖中多种糖醇的高效液相色谱法 .样品以去离子水超声提取 ,采用NucleosilNH2 色谱柱(2 5 0mm× 4 6mm ,5 μm) ,流动相为乙腈∶水 =85∶15 ,柱温 5 0℃ ,示差折光检测器检测 .所测口香糖中主要成分木糖醇含量在 2 %~ 37%范围内 ,峰面积与其浓度线性关系良好 (r =0 9995 ) .平均回收率为 10 0 4 % ,RSD =1 16 % (n =5 ) .结果表明 ,该法准确、简便、快速 ,能够同时测定口香糖中多种主要组分 .
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate a method of HPLC for the determination of many kinds of components in chewing gum.Methods:To dessolve the sample into the deionized water by ultrasonic method.The chromatographic condition were:analytical column:Nucleosil NH 2 column(250 mm×4 6 mm,5 μm);column temperature,50℃; the mobile phase with granted elutions A.A(85% acetonitrile:15% water).Results:The range of the xylosicalcohol determination in chewing gum is concluded from 2% to 37%.The RSD and average recoveries were 2 16% and 100 4%(n=5).Conclusion:The method is accurate,simple and can be adopt for determining many kinds of components in chewing gum at the same time.
