【摘要】 近几年,高校被自己的学生告上法庭的案件呈上升趋势。因此,既要保护大学生的宪法权利,对校规进行违宪审查;又要关注大学的特殊性,维护大学自治。如何平衡这两者的关系,就具有一定的研究价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Recently the cases that colleges and universities were charged by their sudents are increasing.So we have to not only protect students’ constitutional rights and investigate colleges and universities regulations violating constituation;but also pay close attention to students’ specialty and defend colleges and universities autonomy.The problem about how to balance the relation between them has its researching value.更多还原
