【摘要】 目的观察滴通鼻炎凝胶的抗炎作用。方法观察滴通鼻炎凝胶及对照药滴通鼻炎水对小鼠耳肿胀及大鼠腹部毛细血管通透性的作用,并用二甲苯小鼠滴注鼻腔形成鼻炎模型,比较两药的治疗作用。结果滴通鼻炎凝胶具有较好的抗炎作用,并呈一定的量效关系。结论滴通鼻炎凝胶是治疗鼻炎的有效药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the antiphlogistic effects of the Ditong rhinitis gel. Methods The actions of the Ditong rhinitis gel and Ditong rhinitis water were compared on ear strut in mice and permeation of capillary vessel in rats’ belly. The rhinitis model in rats was created with dimethylbenzene infused into the nasal cavity, and then the therapeutic effects of the two medicines were detected. Results The Ditong rhinitis gel had a better anti-inflammation effect by a quantity-effect relationship. Conclusion The Ditong rhinitis gel can be served as an effective medicine to prevent and treat rhinitis.更多还原
