【摘要】 目的考察冰辛软膏对动物皮肤的毒性作用、刺激反应及过敏性反应。方法用健康大鼠进行急性毒性试验;用家兔进行皮肤刺激性试验;用健康豚鼠进行皮肤过敏试验。结果冰辛软膏对大鼠完整皮肤和破损皮肤无急性吸收性毒性;对家兔完整皮肤无刺激性,对破损皮肤有轻度刺激性;对豚鼠完整皮肤无致敏作用。结论冰辛软膏是安全性较好的外用制剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the toxicityi,rritation and hypersensitive of Bingxin ointment on animalsˊskin.Methods Acute cutaneous toxic experiment was performed on the skin of healthy rats;the skin irritation test was performed on the skin of rabbit;the cutaneous hypersensitivity test was performed on the skin of guinea pig skin.Results Bingxin ointment had no remarkable acute absorbed toxicity to the intact or damaged skin of rats,and had no irritation to the intact skin of rabbits,but the mild irritation to the damaged skin was observed.Bingxin ointment had no hypersensitive effects on the intact skin of guinea pig.Conclusion It is safe to use Bingxin ointment which can treat the cutaneous diseases.更多还原
