【摘要】 目的综述硫酸乙酰肝素蛋白聚糖(heparansulfateproteoglycan,HSPG)与血管形成的关系。方法查阅近年文献,进行整理和归纳。结果体内HSPG可作为血管生长因子的储存库并通过调节血管生长因子和血管生长抑制因子与其各自受体的相互作用影响血管形成。结论HSPG与血管形成有着密切的关系。能够干扰体内HSPG调节作用从而阻断血管生长因子受体信号传导的化合物可发展成为一类新型血管形成抑制药物。

【Abstract】 Objective To review the relationship between heparan sulfate proteoglycan (HSPG)and angiogenesis.Methods Refer to recent related documents, analyze and make a conclusion. Results HSPG is directly involved inangiogenesis by serving as reservoir for potent angiogenic factor in vivo and modulating the interaction betweenangiogenic factor or angiogenic inhibitor and their respective receptors. Conclusion HSPG has close relationshipwith angiogenesis. It is promising to develop compounds that can interfere with angiogenic factor eceptor signaltransduction to a kind of novel angiogenesis inhibitors.
