【摘要】 采用等离子体发射光谱仪法(ICP)测定40～140d日龄泰和乌骨鸡体内的8种微量元素和5种常量元素的含量。结果表明,泰和乌骨鸡体内的8种微量元素含量随日龄增长先升高后降低,在70～100d达最高,常量元素在此时间段也达最高值。因此,可将泰和乌骨鸡的最佳入药时间确定为70～100d。更多还原

【Abstract】 The contents of eight kinds of trace elements and five kinds of normal weight elements in Taihe Silkyfowls at different day-age were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP). The results showed that the contents of the trance elements in Taihe Silky fowls arrived the highest contents during 70-day-age to 100-day-age.The normal weight elements also touched the top contents during the same period. Sothe optimal period of Taihe Silky fowls for making medicine was 70-day-age to 100-day-age.更多还原
