【Abstract】 Objective To renature the inclusion bodies of recombinant human extracellular superoxide dismutase (hEC SOD) expressed in E. coli.Method The inclusion bodies were isolated and renatured with the method of dialysis after dissolved with 8 mol/L urea. Result The inclusion body proteins could be partially renatured, its specific activity was about 900U/mg protein.Conclusions EC SOD inclusion bodies can be renatured by method of dialysis.更多还原
