离子选择性电极法测定食品中钙的含量

【摘要】 对4 0 2型钙离子选择性电极的性能进行了测试,此电极对钙离子浓度在1 0 -4~1 0 -4mol/L范围内有较理想的能斯特响应,斜率为- 2 9.2 5mV/pCa(2 0℃) ,重现性与选择性较好,应用此电极测定食品中钙的含量,精密度和准确度较理想,结果与EDTA滴定法基本吻合。

【Abstract】 The quality of the 402 calcium selective electrode was studied.The electrode exhibited Nernstian response to Ca 2+with a slope of -29.25 mV/pCa.(20℃) over the concentration range 1.0×10 -4~1.0×10 -1mol/L.The electrode showed high selectivity and reproducibility.It has been used in the determination of calcium ion in kinds of foods.The results were similar to those obtained by EDTA titration method and the accuracy and the precision are satisfactory.
