氟罗沙星的二阶导数差示脉冲极谱法定量研究

【摘要】 目的 建立氟罗沙星的二阶导数差示脉冲极谱定量分析方法。方法 二阶导数差示脉冲极谱法。结果 氟罗沙星在冰醋酸 -水 (1:9)的溶液中 ,于 - 0 .0 9V(vsAg AgCl)处出现一良好的二阶导数差示脉冲极谱峰 ,其峰幅值与氟罗沙星在 0 .1~ 1.4mmol·L- 1 范围内呈非常显著的线性关系 ,检测限为 9.0nmol·L- 1 。结论 本法简便、快速、灵敏 ,结果准确。

【Abstract】 objective To establish an assay for the quantitative determination of the fleroxacin and its preparations.methods The secondary derivative differential pulse polarography was developed.results There was a very good secondary derivative differential pulse polarogyam peak at -0.09 V (vs Ag/AgCl) in glacial acetic acid-water(1∶9) solution.The linear relationship between the concentration of fleroxacin sodium and the peak height was good over the range of 0.1~1.4 mmol·L -1 ( P <0.01).The detective limit was 9.0 nmol·L -1 .conclusion The method is simple,rapid and sensitive.The results were accurate.
