三峡特大型水轮发电机组充水保压蜗壳关键技术研究及应用

【摘要】 针对三峡电站水轮机蜗壳规模大、蜗壳进口钢管直径大、设计内水压力高、HD值高等特点,采用收集国内外同类大型电站蜗壳结构形式的相关资料、数学模型计算分析、物理模型试验等多种技术路线,综合研究了三峡特大型水轮发电机组充水保压蜗壳关键技术,研究成果得到了应用和蓄水后工程的验证。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the characteristics of the big size of steel spiral case, big diameter of steel pipe, high designed internal pressure and high HD value of the steel spiral case of Three Gorges waterpower station’s water turbine, the key techniques of surrounding concrete of steel spiral case keeping internal pressure during construction of Three Gorges Project by collecting and analyzing relative data of similar big steel spiral case are comprehensively studied by numerical calculation and model experiment. The result of this research has been or will be applied at the Three Gorges Project. In addition, the research result can be used for the structural design of surrounding concrete of steel spiral case at other huge waterpower station.
