【Abstract】 On the road of the new century,the urbanization of Yunyan district in Guiyang is entering a fast developing stage,it comes along with new challenges and chances,such as extension of city functions,adjustment of city disposition and so on.Based on the economic development background,this article states how to both extend and improve the function of central downtown and play the effect of "increasing pole"which can accelerate the development of economy and society.The article also analyses Yunyan current situation of city functional development:economy strength is on the leading position;the optimal and advanced "third industry";the steadily increasing "second industry".The performance to attract capital and invite businessmen to open companies are prominent.Finally,some new ideas about the city functional development in the next five years or more are proposed here:constructing Yunyan district into the economic and business center,modern trade center and residential center which is suitable to live and start business;making Yunyan become an important development base of advanced fabrication technique in Guizhou and a scenic-tourist city in the whole country.更多还原
