【摘要】 为了解贵州农村劳动力流动及其对农村经济的影响,本文通过对贵州省3个自然村劳动力流动情况的调查,揭示了贵州农村劳动力流动呈中心—边缘递减分布、农村劳动力流动是农村精英的流动等几个基本特点,分析了农村劳动力流动对农村经济的影响。进而提出以解决农村劳动力流动为核心,按照中心—边缘梯次城镇化的路径来解决贵州农村劳动力流动问题,并提出以农村基础教育为中心,加强职业技能教育、推进城乡制度衔接等建议,逐步实现城乡融合。更多还原

【Abstract】 To get some knowledge of Guizou rural labor force’s migration and its influence on economy,this paper disclosed the diminishing centre-boundary allocation principle of rural labor force’s migration through detailed investigation upon 3 natural villages of Guizhou rural areas,concluded the characteristics of rural labor force’s migration,and analyzed its impacts on rural areas.According to the descriptions above,this paper puts forward suggestions for improving Guizhou rural economy: centering around rural labor force’s migration,along the route of centre-boundary advancing urbanization.Further this paper proposes a series of suggestions accordingly,such as centering upon rural village’s fundamental education,strengthening job training for peasants,etc.so as to realize the integration of urban and rural;area.更多还原
