大蒜植株的细胞分裂方式

【摘要】 取大蒜A.sativum植株快速生长的组织,用常规方法,经过固定、染色之后,观察其主要组织的细胞分裂方式。结果发现了大量的细胞无丝分裂,尤其是在大蒜叶鞘和叶片的表皮组织中,只见无丝分裂而不见有丝分裂。在大蒜幼小鳞茎生长旺盛时,也有大量的细胞以无丝分裂方式繁殖。在大蒜植株内的细胞无丝分裂的方式主要有缢裂和劈裂两种。说明无丝分裂是健康的大蒜植株正常组织细胞的主要分裂方式,其对大蒜植株的生长有着极为重要的意义。

【Abstract】 The quick growing tissue of A.sativum was collected,ficed and stained with the conventional method,and the cytological morphology was examined by microscope.The experiment was aiming at observing the cellular divisional pattern of main tissues of the normal growing plant of A.sativum.The results showed that a lot of amitosis has been found in cells.Especially in epidermis cells of the leaf sheath and leaf blade of A.sativum,only found amitosis.A lot of amitosis was also discovered in the quick growth period of the garlic bulb of A.sativum.Both hanging division and split are main cellular divisional pattern in plant of A.sativum.It is showing that the amitosis is main divisional pattern of the normal tissues cells in healthful plant of A.sativum.It has extremely important meaning for growth of A.sativum plant.
