【摘要】 牛奶子ElaeagnusumbellalaThunb)根、果实、叶具有活血行气、止血、止咳、祛风等功效,主治肺虚、肝炎、跌打损伤和泻痢等。采用85%乙醇浸提,氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取,然后再用硅胶柱层析,TLC等方法对牛奶子根中的化学成分进行分离纯化,获得多个物质,对其中的3个物质进行了物理常数的测定,结合其各自的波谱检测数据确定这3个物质分别为β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol)、芦丁(rutin)、槲皮素(quercetin)。其化合物均为首次从牛奶子植物中提取分离。更多还原

【Abstract】 A study has been made on the chemical constituents of the root of Elaeagnus umbellala Thunb.The constituents were extracted by alcohol, distributed by different solvents, isolated and purified via silica column chromatography and TLC.Their structures were identified by means of physicochemical properties and GC-MS, NMR ,DEPT .etc.In ten compounds isolated three were identified as β-sitosterol(Ⅰ), rutin(Ⅳ), quercetin(Ⅴ), which were isolated from the root of Elaeagnus umbellala Thunb for the first time.更多还原
