冻害、冰雹对茶树生理生化的影响
The effects of freeze and hail condition on biochemistry and physiology of tea tree
【摘要】 通过冻害、冰雹对茶树生理生化影响的研究,结果表明,冻害、冰雹使茶树生理功能严重下降,甚至导致茶树生理功能丧失。在冻害情况下,茶树生理指标根系活力、光合作用分别下降了31 1%~43 6%、45 5%~80 4%;枯死半枯死叶片数为871 9~1 358 5片·m-2;生产枝损伤数为786~830个·m-2。而冰雹的影响则使茶树生理指标根系活力、光合作用、灾后产出的百芽重分别下降了19 7%~29 1%、30 3%~51 5%、10 4%~33 5%;茶树新梢损伤率为52 7%~80 2%。冰雹后茶树的生化成分变化都呈下降趋势,水浸出物、茶多酚、氨基酸、咖啡碱分别下降了3 67%、2 37%、0 29%、0 63%。
【Abstract】 The affectings of freeze and hail condition on biochemistry and physiology of tea tree were conducted.The results showed that the physiological function of tea tree decreased.The physiological indexes of root vigor,leaf photosynthesis decreased by 31.1%-43.6%,45.5%-80.4%.The dead and half-dead leaves numbered 871.8-1358.5 pieces·m-2.The harm ratio of productive branches reached 786-830 branch·m-2.Under hail condition, the physiological indexes of root vigor,leaf photosynthesis,bud weight decreased 19.7%-29.1%,30.3%-51.5%,10.4%-33.5%,the harm ratio of new shoots accounted for 52.7%-80.2%.Freeze and hail influenced the biochemical components of tea tree.The water extraction,tea polyphenols,amino acids and caffeine components decreased by 3.67%,2 37%,0.29%,0.63%.
