朱砂叶螨与二斑叶螨生长发育及实验种群生命表的比较

【摘要】 在温度(26±1)℃、湿度(80±5)%的室内条件下,用花生叶片饲养朱砂叶螨Tetranychuscinnabarinus(Bois duval)和二斑叶螨T.urticae(Koch)以比较二者生长发育及实验种群生命表特征,其结果表明,朱砂叶螨和二斑叶螨的发育历期分别为 8 708d和 9 203d;总存活率为 81 48%和 67 75%;性比为 1 09∶1和 2 36∶1;产卵期为14 800 0d和 18 083 3d;总产卵量为 170 900 0粒和 133 833 3粒(♀);日均产卵量为 11 914 8粒和 7 431 1粒;雌成虫寿命为 25 636 4d和 30 083 3d;瞬时增长率(r)为 0 264 1和 0 207 6;净增殖率(R0 )为 61 400 4和 44 418 0;世代平均周期(T)为 15 588 6和 18 272 8;周限增长率(λ)为 1 302 3和 1 230 7;种群加倍时间(t)为 2 624 6和 3 338 9。

【Abstract】 Under the condition of T=(26±1)℃ and RH=(80±5)%,the bionomics and life table of T.cinnabarinus and T.urticae fed on peanut leaves,were studied in laboratory.The results showed that the average development times of one generation of T. cinnabarinus and T.urticae lasted 8.708 and 9.203 days,the total survival rate was 81.48% and 67.75%,and the sex ratio 1.09∶1 and 2.36∶1 respectively.The ovipositional period was 14.8000 and 18.0833 days,the number of eggs laid per female was 170.9000 and 133.8333,and the number eggs daily laid per female 11.9148 and 7.4311 separately.The life-span of per female was 25.6364 and 30.0833 days respectively.The intrinsic rate of increase(r)was estimated to be 0.2641 and 0.2076,and the net reproductive rate(R0)to be 61.4004 and 44.4180 independently.The mean generation time(T)was calculated to be 15.5886 and 18.2728 days,and finite rate of increase(λ)to be 1.3023 and 1.2307,and the days for population to double(t)to be 2.6246 and 3.3389 days respectively.
