多功能数控等离子束表面冶金设备与工艺研究
Multi-function Numerical Control Plasma Beam Surface Metallurgical Machine and It’s Technical Study
【摘要】 研制了一种用于金属材料零件表面抗冲击耐磨损强化处理的多功能数控等离子束表面冶金设备,并在该设备上进行了初步的工艺试验研究。该设备采用PLC三轴控制和抗干扰系统,X、Y、Z三轴联动,可以实现多工位和复杂形状表面的冶金强化处理。采用了CAD设计和电脑模拟安装及演示,使设备的可靠性得到极大保障。
【Abstract】 Multi-function numerical control plasma beam surface metallurgical machine has been developed,which is used for surface processing to improve shock-resistance and wear-resistance of metal parts.And elementary technology testing has also been made on the machine.Three-axis-control system oriented by PLC and anti-interference system are applied on the machine,so triaxial orientation(X,Y,Z) is realized to be able to work on the complex-shaped surface with multi-states.The machine is designed by computer-aided design,which adopted computer demonstration analogue-fitting,so the reliability of the machine can be maximally safeguarded.
