【摘要】 人才需求与发展趋势预测是制定人才发展战略的基础,是确立人才引进、培养、使用等一系列相关政策的前提条件。本文以北京市西城区为例分析了北京市中心城区为了实现2008年迎接奥运会制订的经济发展目标,所进行的人才发展规划研究。用定量与定性相结合的分析方法,从人才总量与人才结构与经济发展相适应的角度分析了人才发展的趋势特点以及奥运之前的人才需求预测。更多还原
