TIG焊中产生气孔的因素及其防止措施
Factors of Arising Gas Porosity in TIG Welding and Its Prevention Measures
【摘要】 详细介绍了TIG焊的原理及适用范围,针对焊接过程中极易出现的气孔缺陷,分析了气孔产生的原因并阐述了防止产生气孔的工艺措施,经实践检验是可行的获得了满意的焊缝质量,有较高的应用价值。
【Abstract】 This article explains in details the rules of TIG welding method and its suitable circumstance, analysis the reasons of arising porosity and tells the technology measurements for preventing on the basis of porosity easily arising in TIG welding. By practical testing, satisfied welding quality and sufficient particle value can be obtained by using this welding method.
