无铅钎料的立法与发展

【摘要】 介绍了近几年无铅钎料的应用研究和发展情况以及与无铅钎料有关的立法。为国内电子材料行业无铅钎料的研究和发展提出建议。

【Abstract】 The development and application of lead-free solders are introduced in recent years and some lead-free legislation are introduced too. Some suggestions about lead-free solders’ research and development have been put forward for the domestic electronic material industry.
