天然有机物对纳滤膜污染的分析与控制
Analysis and control of natural organic matter fouling of nanofiltration membrane
【摘要】 介绍了天然有机物的组成、性质及其对纳滤膜污染的机理,并对天然有机物污染纳滤膜的影响因素,如NOM的性质、膜的特性、pH值、离子浓度和操作条件等作了详细的阐述,提出了污染控制的方法,指出适当的选择工艺运行参数以及对原水进行预处理能够最大程度降低膜污染提高膜寿命,同时可以优化膜工艺性能并降低运行费用。
【Abstract】 The composition and properties of natural organic matter,as well as the mechanism of NOM fouling of nanofiltration(NF) membrane, are introduced. And some influential factors, such as the characterization of NOM and NF membrane, pH value, ionic concentration and operating conditions etc., are expounded. As a result, a method of fouling control is put forward, which indicates that the selection of proper parameters and pretreatment of feed water can reduce fouling to full extent and increase the life and improve product water flux at low operating cost.
