小湾水电站机组主要技术参数特点和招标方式选择
Technical parameters and inviting tenders for units of Xiaowan Hydropower Station
【摘要】 小湾水电站水轮发电机组单机额定容量700 MW,这样特大型机组其技术参数和招标方式的选择直接关 系到电站的稳定运行和经济效益。为确保机组的安全稳定运行,实现最大的经济效益,云南华能澜沧江水电有限 公司与昆明勘测设计研究院以严谨的科学态度,通过大量的专项科研试验、专题研究及技术咨询,以科研成果为基 础,优化选择机组主要技术参数;通过采用带模型水轮机开发试验报告和发电机通风模型成果投标的全新招标方 式,择优选择,获得具有优良性能、价格合理的水轮发电机组,为国内大型水电项目提供了全新的经验。
【Abstract】 The per-set capacity of Xiaowan Hydropower Station was 700 MW. The technical parameters and tenders mode choice for such super-large sets is very important to steady running and economic benefits. The optimum choice of main technical parameters for the sets was made through special scientific research , experiment and technical consultation. The new tender modes that the bidders should get ready the reports of model turbine developing/testing and the model ventilation results of the generators were adopted. The water turbine generating sets with good performances and inexpensive in price are purchased.
