Sn-60%Bi合金熔体粘滞性研究
Viscosity of Molten Sn-60%Bi Alloy
【摘要】 通过对Sn-60%Bi合金熔体的粘度的系统测量和分析,研究了Sn-60%Bi合金熔体的粘度随温度变化的规律和熔体结构的变化。结果表明,Sn-60%Bi合金熔体的粘度随温度的变化呈明显的不连续性,根据粘度的变化可以将熔体状态分为高温区、中温区和低温区,各温区间存在粘度突变温度点。在低温区和高温区之间可能存在着熔体结构的变化。
【Abstract】 The rule of temperature dependence of viscosity has been studied by systematic measurements of the viscosity of molten Sn-60%Bi alloy.The results show that the change of viscosity with temperature is distinctly discontinuous.According to the change of viscosity,the melt can be divided into three stages:high temperature region,mid-temperature region and low temperature region.From one region to another,there is an abrupt viscosity change point.There may be changes of microstructure of molten Sn-60%Bi alloy at these points.
