【Abstract】 Dofetilide was synthesized as a novel antiarrhythmic agent in this paper.2-(4-Nitrophenyl)acetate acid was used as a main material to react by chlorization,N-acidation,reduction,N-alkylation,catalytic hydrogenation and methanesulfonylation to produce dofetilide with an over yield of 17.4%.The structure of dofetilide was confirmed through elemental analysis,~ 1H-NMR,IR and MS spectra.更多还原
