C3S-C2.75B1.25A3-C2S-C3A-B2O3体系熟料组成与性能的研究
Composition and Performance of Clinker C3S-C2.75B1.25A3-C2S-C3A-B2O3 System
【摘要】 设计了C3S-C2.75B1.25A3-C2S-C3A-B2O3体系组成的水泥熟料 ,实验以分析纯化学试剂为原料 ,在 135 0℃煅烧并保温 1h。结果表明 ,在该熟料体系中阿利特、硫铝酸钡钙、贝利特和铝酸三钙等矿物的最佳组成分别为 5 0 %、10 %、2 5 %和 15 % ,B2 O3 的适宜掺量为 2 %。在最佳组成和制备工艺条件下 ,所制的阿利特 -硫铝酸钡钙水泥的 1d、3d和 2 8d抗压强度分别达到 2 1.3MPa、4 8.1MPa和 80 .8MPa ,展现良好的早期力学性能。同时还研究了氟化钙对该体系水泥熟料的影响 ,并利用SEM -EDS、XRD等测试手段对熟料的组成、结构及性能进行了分析研究。
【Abstract】 Cement clinker of C3S-C2.75B1.25A3S-C2S-C3A-B2O3 system was designed and calcined at 1 350 ℃ for 1h. Optimization of minerals alite,C2.75B1.25A3S,belite,and C3A are 50%,10%,25% and 15% respectively.B2O3 whose optimum level is 2% was mixed into the system additionally. Under the condition of the optimum level, 1 d, 3 d and 28 d compressive strengths of the clinker exceed 20 MPa,48 MPa,and 80 MPa respectively.Accordingly,the clinker systems have excellent performance of high-early strength.Moreover,the influence of minor element CaF2 on the cement clinker system was also investigated in this paper.With the help of SEM-EDS and XRD,the constituent,structure and performance of the clinker were analyzed as well.
