复合工业废渣对活性翠蓝的脱色研究

【摘要】 研究了利用化工厂钛白生产废渣与粉煤灰复配体系对活性翠蓝染料的脱色效果;利用了废渣泥中的废酸对粉煤灰进行活化,与单独使用废渣或粉煤灰处理进行对比;还通过正交实验法优化了影响处理效果的各种因素,实验结果表明:当染料初始浓度为160mg/L、pH值为8、废渣与粉煤灰质量比为2:1、总量为1g、停留时间在2.5h条件下,脱色率在90%以上,效果明显。

【Abstract】 Studying utilizes waste residue of chemical plant and fly ash comprehensive administration to the water in which there is reactive turquoise blue,have tested its decolourization result to the pigment.Has utilized activating the fly ash acidly of waste residue,with using the waste residue or the fly ash to deal with contrast alone;Also through handing in and testing the law and optimizing various kinds of factors of dealing with result of influencing,the experimental result shows : Unless it look on by dyestuffs as it is initial density for160 mg/L,unless pH in the 8 about,waste residue and proportion is for 2:1 fly ash,total amount is 1g,under 2.5 hour terms,above 90% to decolour rate the time of staying,the result is obvious.
