分光光度法测定工业废水中化学需氧量
Assaying COD in Industrial Wastewater by Spectrophotometric Method
【摘要】 分光光度比色法测定工业废水中的COD,最大吸收波长600nm,在0~3mgL范围内呈线性关系,相关系数0.9998。该法具有简便、快速、节能、准确的特点,与经典法比较,结果基本相符。尤为适合基层单位大批量水样分析
【Abstract】 Applying the spectrophotometric method to measure COD in the industrial wastewater,with the maximal absorption wavelength of 600nm,it shows that the absorbency is linear to COD while COD between 0 and 3mg/L.The linear correlation coefficient is about 0.9998,which shows that the method is close to the traditional measuring method.The method is simple,quick,energy-saving and accurate,especially suitable to the analysis of lots of water samples in base unit.
