燃煤锅炉异型烟道水冷壁管泄漏分析研究

【摘要】 采用化学成分分析、金相检验、电子探针及x射线物相分析等方法,对某锅炉的异型烟道水冷壁管泄漏进行了测试研究.结果表明:由于锅炉冷却水温低、异型烟道水冷壁管背火面辐射传热与烟气流动差等因素,导致壁管背火面温度低于烟气酸露点,发生低温腐蚀.背火面两侧30°~90°区域范围,壁温处于管壁温度与腐蚀速度曲线的严重腐蚀区域,故产生严重腐蚀导致早期泄漏.

【Abstract】 The reasons of the leakage in water-wall tube were examined by chemical composition analysis, metallographical observation, electron probe and x-ray diffraction. The results show that the low temperature corrosion is caused by lower temperature on back of water-wall tube than that of acid dew point because of lower temperature of cooling water and worse fluidity of smoke and so on. Moreover, the temperature of tube wall is within the region of severe corrosion on the wall temperature-corrosion rate curve at the 30°-90°range of two sides of the tube back. So, the severe early leakage is caused by the corrosion.
