【Abstract】 The orderly and favorable development of electricity market has a far-reaching influence on national economics, while the central factor of this influence is electricity price. The price mechanism of short period power trade is studied based on the point of allocating resources optimally and pursuing maximal social welfare in this paper. The characteristis of two pricing methods, cost minimization and payment minimization are analyzed. Then, the pricing and the cost recovery method according to marginal-cost for maximal social welfare are discussed.更多还原
