循环流化床临界流化速度的试验研究
Study on the critical air velocity of the biomass circulating fluidized bed
【摘要】 为了克服利用经验公式计算临界流化速度的局限性,在以生物质为燃料的循环流化床试验台上进行了冷态状态下床料(石英砂)临界流化速度的试验研究.选取不同的床层高度和不同粒径的石英砂进行分组试验.通过压降-流速图来分析床层高度和颗粒粒度对临界流化速度的影响.结果表明:临界流化速度随着粒度的增大而增大;而在粒度一定的情况下,床层高度的变化不影响临界流化速度值.
【Abstract】 In order to overcome the limitation of the experimental equations, the critical air velocity of the biomass circulating fluidized bed is determined in cold condition. The influences of bed height and the particle size of arenaceous quartz on the critical air velocity are then discussed. The experimental results indicate that the critical air velocity increases with the increase of the particle size of arenaceous quartz. Meanwhile, the change of the bed height does not affect the critical air velocity when the particle size of arenaceous quartz is fixed.
