一种新的L*-L型荧光增敏体系La3+-水杨酸苯酯-TOPO-TX-100的研究和应用
Study and application of a new L~*-L type fluorescence enhancement system of lanthanum-phenyl salicylate-trioctyl phosphine oxide -triton X-100
【摘要】 研究发现镧与水杨酸苯酯发生荧光反应,形成荧光络合物,发射中心离子微扰的配体的L L型荧光.加入协同配体三辛基氧磷(TOPO)形成三元配合物,体系的荧光强度剧增5 9倍.这是一个新的L L型荧光增敏体系.实验表明在pH =8.6的缓冲溶液中,镧的浓度在1.0~70 .0 μmol L范围内与体系的荧光强度呈线性关系,当信噪比为3时,镧的检测限为0 .0 3μmol L .采用标准加入法测定了合成稀土样品中镧的含量,结果满意.
【Abstract】 Fluorescence enhancement of lanthanum-perturbated phenyl salicylate ligand was studied. The fluorescence intensity of binary system is increased fifty-nine times by the addition of TOPO-triton X-100. This is a new L*-L type fluorescence enhancement system. Under the optimum conditions, the fluorescence intensity of ternary complex system is a linear function of La 3+ concentration in the range of 1.0~70.0?μmol/L. The detection limit (signal-to-noise ratio=3) is 0.03?μmol/L. The system was used to determine the trace amounts of La 3+ of the synthetic rare earth oxide samples by a standard addition method.
