北京市房地产业发展现状分析
Analysis of the status quo of Beijing’s real estate development
【摘要】 就北京市房地产业现状进行总体分析,对于房地产存在的主要问题进行总体概括并指出在新一轮宏观调控下的发展对策。
【Abstract】 This article analyses the recent situation of real estate industry in Beijing on the whole view of point, and summaries the main questions related to the real estate industry. At last, the authors give the developing strategies about the real estate industry under the new macro-control.
