【摘要】 目的:探讨残胃癌外科治疗与预后。方法:对1990年1月~2003年12月收治的17例残胃癌病例进行回顾性分析。结果:本组残胃癌根治性切除率为76.47%,姑息性切除率为17.65%,根治性切除术后1年、3年、5年生存率分别为84.62%、46.15%、30.77%,2例失访,随访率88.24%。结论:早期诊断是残胃癌预后的关键,根治性全胃切除是残胃癌的主要治疗手段,亦是影响预后的重要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the surgical treatment and the prognosis of gastric stump carcinoma.Methods: 17 cases of gastric stump carcinoma admitted from January 1990 to December 2003 were studied retrospectively.Results: Radical resection rate was 76.47% in the cases,and palliative resection was 17.6%.The 1、3、5 year survival rate after radical resection were 84.62%,46.15%,and 30.77%.15 cases were followed up and 2 cases were lost.The follow-up rate was 88.24%.Conclusion: Early diagnosis is the keypoint to the prognosis of gastric stump carcinoma.Radical resection is the major strategy for surgical treatment of gastric stump carcinoma and also is an importment factor assiociated with the prognosis.[更多还原
