Beagle犬异氟醚组织/气分配系数测定

【摘要】 目的测定Beagle犬异氟醚不同组织/气分配系数。方法选择健康成年Beagle犬4只,雌雄各半。在氯胺酮基础麻醉下,经股动脉放血处死后,分别取其部分心、肝、肾、脑、肌肉及腹腔脂肪组织并制成匀浆。采用注射器顶空2次平衡法,首先经气相色谱仪测定异氟醚组织匀浆/气分配系数,再根据容积比分配系数而获得异氟醚各组织/气分配系数。结果在37℃条件下,Beagle犬异氟醚脂肪/气分配系数(53.21±2.55)与所测得的其它各组织/气分配系数相比,有显著性差异(P<0.01);而心(2.11±0.43)、肝(1.98±0.27)、肾(1.76±0.19)、脑(2.02±0.08)和肌肉(2.11±0.42)的异氟醚组织/气分配系数间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论在所测定的Beagle犬异氟醚各组织/气分配系数中,以脂肪/气分配系数为最大。

【Abstract】 Objective To determine isoflurane tissue/gas partition coefficients(λT/G) in Beagle dogs.Methods Two female and two male adults Beagle dogs were executed by bleeding from femoral artery under ketamine basic anesthesia.Tissue samples of heart,liver,kidney,brain,muscle and celiac fat were obtained and their actual volumes were replaced by physiological saline solution.Then tissue homogenates were prepared and isoflurane homogenates/gas partition coefficients(λH/G) were determined by gas chromatography using a method of 2-stage headspace equilibration.Each isoflurane λT/G was acquired from respective homogenates/gas partition coefficient.Results Isoflurance fat/gas partition coefficient was very high in Beagle dog,which reached to 53.21±2.55 at 37℃,However,the other tissue/gas partition coefficients are around 2 and no significant differences were found in them under the same temperature(table 1,P>0.05).Conclusion Isoflurane tissue/gas partition coefficient in fat at 37℃ is more 20 times higher than it in the other tissues of Beagle dog.
