【摘要】 目的总结分析老年性枕部减速对冲性伤的临床特点及有效治疗措施。方法对17例枕部减速对冲性伤患者,采用开颅血肿清除减压术,术后均入神经外科重症监护,并给予保持呼吸道通畅、脱水、护脑、对症、支持、防治并发症等治疗。结果存活12例,其中良好5例,中残3例,重残4例,死亡5例。结论老年性枕额对冲性伤是一种较为危重、复杂及特殊的颅脑损伤,及时充分的开颅减压术是救治成功的有效措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To sum up the clinical characteristic of the elderly patients with cnotra-coup craniocerebral due to occiput decelerate Injury and to discuss the effective cure measure.Methods 17 patients with the elderly patients with cnotra-coup craniocerebral due to occiput decelerate Injury were treated by decompress craniotomy.All patients were sent to NICU and aquired general therapy of a smoothing airway,dehydration.Results 12 patients survived,including 5 patients with good recovery,3 with moderate disability,4 with severe disability.and 5 patients died.Conclusion The elderly patients with contra-coup craniocerebral due to occiput decelerate injury is an urgent and complex brain injury,early standard decompress craniotomy is a good therapeutic method.更多还原
