不同冶炼强度对焦炭劣化的影响
INFLUENCE OF DIFFERENT SMELTING STRENGTH ON COKE DEGRADATION IN BLAST FURNACE
【摘要】 通过对攀钢高炉不同冶炼强度下风口焦和相应的入炉焦的粒度组成、冷热强度、化学成分、气孔率的比较、分析。结果表明 :随着冶炼强度的提高 ,风口焦的粒度变小、气孔率增加、热强度降低 ,并且风口焦上粘结物增多。
【Abstract】 The blast furnace operational data and composion,normal temperature and thermal strength,Chemical composition,Porosity of charging coke and tuyere coke were analyzed on BFs of different smelt strength at panzhihua Iron & Steel Co.The result indicates the size composion of tuyere coke changes little,porosity increase and theremal strength reduce,with increase of smelting strength.And tuyere coke,glue knot thing to grow.
