【Abstract】 Sixty-four receptor goats were treated in embryo transfer at the propagation laboratory of Heilongjiang August First land-reclamation university and Hongwei farm.In this experiment,the goats under the same feeding conditions and treatment for super-ovulation were allocated to two groups:control group A and experiment group B,thirty-two goats in each group.Common operation was conducted on the control group A,its pregnancy rate was 50%(16/32);endoscope was conducted on the experiment group B,its pregnancy rate was 75%(24/32).The result of two groups had significant difference(P<0.05=,group B was superior to group A.更多还原
