【Abstract】 Seven samples from a farm in Chengdu were collected to detect PCV-2 by means of PCR, four of them were proved to be positive. PCV-2 Chengdu strain was obtained from PK-15 porcine kidney passage cells, which vaccinated by the positive samples. Meanwhile, there was porcine eperyhrozoonosis at this farm, existing combined infection of PCV-2 and E.suis.更多还原
