【摘要】 以安徽省部分师范院校的在校大学生为研究对象,运用文献资料、问卷调查、数据统计和走访等方法,对高师大学生课外体育锻炼现状进行了实证调查与分析研究,为进一步深化高校体育改革提供依据。研究结果表明,大部分大学生喜欢或非常喜欢参加课外体育活动,锻炼的时间与方法主要是随自己的爱好。场地器材短缺、学业负担过重、组织指导不足等外在客观原因是大学生参加课外体育活动的主要障碍因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 The present study takes as its study object the students of the normal universities in Anhui province. The investigation is carried out by means of literature review, questionnaires, statistics and face-face talks. The results show that the greater majority of the students enjoy the extracurricular physical training; the time and the methods chosen for the training is different from person to person. The investigation also reveals that some factors hinder the extracurricular physical training, such as lack of places and facilities, heavy study burden, poor organization and inappropriate guide.更多还原
