【摘要】 目的:探讨延华胶囊栓剂治疗细菌性阴道病的疗效及副作用。方法:随机选取169例细菌性阴道病患者,延华胶囊栓剂治疗组88例每日给予延华胶囊栓剂0.5g阴道放置,连用7天,甲硝唑栓治疗对照组81例每日给予甲硝唑栓200mg阴道放置,连用10天,观察其疗效及副作用。结果:延华胶囊栓剂治疗组总有效率为89.8%,甲硝唑栓治疗对照组为74.1%,两组比较χ2值为7.366,P<0.05。结论:延华胶囊栓剂治疗组疗效优于甲硝唑栓治疗组,治疗中未见明显副作用,值得临床广泛应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:Through analyzing therapeutic effect of inhale and intravenous medicine given on treatment of children with acute episode of bronchial asthma, to select a best approach to treat acute episode of bronchial asthma. Methods:47 patients with acute episode of bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups: one with inhale medicine given, the other with intravenous medicine given. The therapeutic effect was compared between two groups.Results:The clinic symptoms were improved markedly after medication in both groups. There were no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusions:Both inhale and intravenous medicine given can make good therapeutic effect, but inhale medicine given use less dosage of medicine and had little side effect.
