【摘要】 目的 :将纵隔子宫的三维声像图表现与传统的二维图像比较对照 ,探讨三维阴道超声探测技术在诊断纵隔子宫中的应用价值。方法 :应用MedisonSA80 0 0Live彩色多普勒三维超声仪对 2 0例可疑纵隔子宫患者经阴道重新成像分析。结果 :完全纵隔 8例 ,不完全纵隔 11例 ,正常子宫 1例。二维超声诊断符合率为 75 %,结合二维、三维超声诊断符合率可提高至 10 0 %。结论 :三维超声对纵隔子宫诊断具有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:Comparing with the traditional two dimensional ultrasonography (2D TVUS), to evaluate the application of transvaginal three dimensional ultrasonography (3D TVUS) in diagnosing uterus septus. Methods: Twenty patients suspected to be uterus septus were done three-dimensional trasvaginal examination by Medison SA8000 Live color Doppler machine.Results:There were 8 cases with completed uterus septus,11 cases with uncompleted uterus septus and 1 case with normal uterus. The consistency rate of diagnosis with 2D TVUS was 75%. However, it could reach 100% combined 3D TVUS with 2D TVUS. Conclusion:There is great value for 3D TVUS in diagnosing uterus septus.更多还原
