【摘要】 试讲作为教育实习的内容和途径,是保障教师教育质量的重要先决条件。认识上的重视和操作中存在的问题要求我们必须重新审视师范院校的试讲指导,严格遴选有丰富教育教学经验的教师担当指导教师,紧密围绕基础教育课程改革展开指导,积极作好试讲后的评价、反思与总结,结合中小学教学实际和特点来提高试讲指导的针对性和实效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Trial instruction, as content as well as approach of education practice, is the prerequisite for the quality guarantee of normal education. Attaching importance to it and the problems in its operation require that we re-survey its conducting in normal colleges, strictly select a teacher of rich experience as the conductor, conduct closely centring on the elementary education course reform, follow it up with assessment, reflection and summary, and, taking the practice and features of primary and secondary schools into consideration, enhance its pertinence and efficiency.更多还原
