酒中乙醇含量测定的新方法——褪色光度法
Discoloration Photometry as a New Method for DeterminingEthanol Content in Wines
【摘要】 提出甲基褪色光度法测定乙醇含量,在pH=3.2的乙酸-乙酸铵缓冲介质中,乙醇定量使甲基橙褪色,最大吸收波长λmax=520nm,乙醇浓度在0%~30%范围内服从比耳定律.该方法用于酒中乙醇浓度的测定,结果满意.
【Abstract】 In this paper, methyl orange discoloration photometry is reported for determining the ethanol content. In acetic acid-ammonium acetate buffer solution with pH=3.2, ethanol quantitatively discolors methyl orange. The maximum absorption wave length is (max)=520 nm. Ethanol concentration obeys Beer’s law in the range of 0%30%. This method is satisfactory for determining the ethanol content in wines.
