【Abstract】 The effects of four kinds of antibiotics on the endopyhtic bacteria in ’Zoji’ strawberry and their effects on the growth of its in vitro shoots were studied. The results show that Kanamycin has no effects on the endophytic bacteria in ’Zoji’. And it is harmful to the development of the in vitro shoots. Carbenicillin and Cefotaxime have no significant effects on the endophytic bacteria, but they can improve the growth of the in vitro shoots. The growth of the endopyhtic bacteria is completely inhibited and the development of the in vitro shoots is obviously improved when the concentration of Penicinllin G sodium is at 400?mg/L.更多还原
