酵母菌污染膜的超声波辅助清洗技术

【摘要】 超声波清洗技术用于清洗10g/L酵母菌溶液污染的聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)微滤膜。实验中所用的超声波频率为40kHz,超声波的强度为1.43~2.85W/cm2。实验结果表明:超声波水洗是恢复其水通量的有效方法。超声波强度越高,达到相同的清洗时间较短。而超声波清洗时水溶液温度越高,超声波的清洗效果反而下降。

【Abstract】 An ultrasonic cleaning technique was applied to removal of fouling of PVDF microfiltration membrane, as 10g/L yeast solution was permeated for 120 min by dead-end filtration. The ultrasound employed had a 40 kHz and the output power of 1.43~2.85 W/cm2. For PVDF membrane, cleaning experiments were carried out with two methods by water cleaning with and without ultrasonic irradiation. It is found that water cleaning with ultrasonic treatment is an effective method for the recovery of water flux. The recovery rate (FR)of the fouled membrane can be achieved in a short time with high ultrasound intensity. The FR, however , may decrease with the rising of cleaning temperature.
